well Mr Brown has had a bit of a bit of energy about himself the last week or so. But no one has seen the conservatives at all. I know Mr Cameron says 'no opposition for oppostion sake' however you won't expect the offical opposition, just to drop off the radar completely. Or is this 'no substance' conservatism as usual, because they don't know what they would do if they were in power.

You missed the attempted come-back; the accusation that you-know-who is the architect of boom and bust. Having time to dream up this, repeat it in the present situation indicates where the opposition are with their ideas.
The fact that the financial crisis is global with historical conservative architects to the fore as well as current ones, seems to have conveniently escaped the notice of the other side.
